The purpose of this position is to run the day-to-day operations of the organization’s business to improve the productivity, effectiveness, and quality of the branch. Manages payroll records Maintains office equipment and supplies Assists and monitors clerical and secretarial functions Trains and provides direction to employees Ensures personnel files are up to date and secure Improves, formulates, and implements processes, policies, and procedures in support of organizational goals to maximize output Monitors adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures Organizes recruitment and placement of required staff Establishes organizational structures and establishes work schedules Supervises and delegates tasks and accountabilities to staff and evaluates job performance Assists branch manager in the development, implementation, and management of strategic plans for operational activity
