We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who knows the ins and outs of plant operations and is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and delivering dependable service.

Requirements

5+ years in wastewater operation
Hands-on plant experience and leadership ability
Highest level Louisiana wastewater operator certification
Understanding of compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and teamwork matter
Ability to lift and move equipment (50–60 lbs)
Ability to navigate plant environments, including stairs, ladders, and confined spaces
Ability to stay active and engaged across multiple sites

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of operators – hiring, coaching, mentoring, and growing the next generation of talent
Oversee daily operations & maintenance of water and wastewater facilities
Ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA, DOT, and regulatory standards
Conduct site visits, partner with maintenance teams, and keep equipment and systems running at peak performance
Manage budgets, equipment, and capital planning for trucks, tools, and infrastructure
Track performance, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with leadership and account managers to keep operations aligned and successful
