This role involves full and active days, spent working both in and out of the pool, constantly interacting with children, families, and coworkers. While aquatic experience is not required, leadership experience is essential, and the company will provide the necessary aquatic training. NJswim invests in career growth through a formal professional development program, including over one hundred hours of training as a deck manager, customer service representative, and swim instructor.
