Summary: This position supports multiple locations within Memorial Cancer Institute, including Memorial West Cancer Institute, Memorial Cancer Institute Miramar, Memorial Cancer Institute Hallandale, Memorial Regional Cancer Institute. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel between sites based on operational needs. Local travel may be required on a regular or as-needed basis. Manages the daily workflow of assigned department or unit.

• Bachelors (Required)
• Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. May need to work odd shifts and long hours. May need to provide weekend and/or holiday coverage.
• Three (3) years of experience working in healthcare.

Nice To Haves

• Additional Education Info: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field of study. Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physicians in monitoring efficient practice operations and ensures operations are standard.
• Monitors practice performance and provides support to practice and operations directors to ensure performance standards are achieved.
• Assist in the development of budgets and reviews financial results with physicians on a monthly basis.
• Provides assistance to practice and operations directors on compliance and governmental regulations.
