The Operations Manager is the backbone of the club, responsible for ensuring seamless daily functions, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational revenue. You will lead the "back office" and front-desk teams to provide a clean, organized, and high-energy environment for our members. Requirements

  • Previous management experience required
  • Highly organized with strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • A proactive leader willing to take responsibility and solve problems regardless of the situation.
  • Comfortable supervising point-of-sales (POS) operations and managing detailed administrative files.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in the Health & Fitness or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of hitting monthly Operations Revenue goals through efficient management and point-of-sale oversight.
  • Manage supply ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting to ensure the club is always fully stocked and operational.
  • Maintain an efficient "back office" by filing accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team focused on friendliness and punctuality.
  • Ensure the team consistently executes the basics, including strict adherence to dress code and club cleanliness.
  • Instill a sense of common responsibility across all club functions to improve both the member and team member experience.
  • Act as a champion for member retention by advocating for the best possible operational processes and in-club experiences.
  • Supervise the general maintenance and organizational flow of the club to ensure a premium "Big Gym" feel.
