Operations Manager
About The Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for the direct oversight of ABM shift supervisors, lead workers and front-line employees supporting various scopes of work at a manufacturing facility. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations, audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee performance appraisals, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation, training and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested. The Operations Manager is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that supervisor, leads and frontline employees are complying with all safety, quality and compliance standards established by the company, by our client and by regulatory authorities.
