We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to support our internal operations and the successful onboarding of new communities. This role will work closely with leadership and multiple departments to coordinate projects, track deadlines, improve workflows, and ensure operational processes are completed efficiently. The primary focus of this position is supporting our Transition Department and managing the onboarding process for new communities. The Operations Manager will also assist with process improvements, reporting, cross-department coordination, and special projects that support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in property management, community association management, operations, project coordination, onboarding, or administrative support is preferred.
