At CVS Health®, the Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team, dedicated to enhancing the health experience for individuals and communities. This role involves driving store execution and performance, fostering consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, and maintaining an engaged and productive store team. The Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, encompassing overall store management, supervision, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, development, financial management, and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not lead directly to a Store Manager role; candidates aspiring to be a Store Manager should apply for Store Manager in Training openings.
