Job Summary Lead and direct all operations of one or multiple locations with 76 or more employees. Design and implement the facility plan to optimize cost, quality, and safety. Manages daily activities of a fulfillment center. Responsible for identifying and building a leadership team that monitors inventory integrity, minimize loss and manage expenses to maximize revenue. Ensures that goods are received, stocked, and dispatched on time meeting customer satisfaction. May be responsible for evaluating freight services, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with chosen vendors.
