About The Position

Our client is a growing IT solutions and technology services provider, working with businesses from SMEs to global organisations. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their operations and help drive the business forward. As Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently across warehousing, logistics, order fulfilment, and customer service. You'll lead and develop the operations team, monitor performance, implement process improvements, and work closely with other departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing operational performance and KPIs.
• A continuous improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within distribution, logistics, supply chain, technology, or IT hardware would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team.
• Manage warehouse, logistics, and order fulfilment activities.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
