About The Position

As an Operations Manager, you will be ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Either Claude, Gemini, or Cline) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of retail operations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams
• Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
• Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance drive data driven decisions
• Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
