About The Position

The Operations Manager will play a lead role in developing business plans, planning, and budgeting activities. This role involves creating goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies, reporting key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, and supporting the establishment and running of operational processes. The manager will also create materials for team meetings and oversee internal end-to-end operations for GVI business activities, including inventory management, production, demand fulfillment, logistics, and RMA operational activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet production targets and improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance or economics related subject.
  • Previous experience in a decision making/strategic management role within a large organisation.
  • 8-10 years experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop activity planning processes and ensure adoption across business units.
  • Play a lead role in the development of business plans, planning and budgeting activities.
  • Create goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies.
  • Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Support in establishing and running operational processes.
  • Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites and other key events.
  • Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations of GVI business activities.
  • Manage all inventory processes related to internal CRN, Refurb, BR, CTC, customer order fulfillment, RMA, aging inventory movements, and issue resolution.
  • Manage all aspects of GVI production, Demand Fulfillment (DF), logistics, and RMA operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all production targets are met.
  • Manage overall operational efficiencies, KPIs and Process Improvements for GVI (CRN & Refurb) category.
  • Perform monthly MTV counts and Semi-Annual Physical Inventory (PI) counts as required.
  • Provide inventory control support (aging and blocked stock).
  • Perform regular risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations and support.
