About The Position

Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation, maintenance, and development of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE). Manage and provide MACC-TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements for support. Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan, that is fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the installation. Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects. Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Be prepared to perform the duties for the Program Manager, if required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test-bed environments
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior level DoD personnel
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively
• Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management
• Top Secret, SCI Eligible
