About The Position

This "genetic surgery" model aims to extend care to millions of rare disease patients. CTG is a tri-institutional effort between the Broad Institute, The Jackson Laboratory’s Rare Disease Translational Center (JAX-RDTC), and Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH), with the Broad serving as the administrative hub. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated independent judgment, strong workflow management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and institutions. While hands-on scientific experience is not required, intellectual versatility to understand therapeutic translation and business/operational acumen are essential for advancing CTG's sustainability and building operational excellence.
