About The Position
The Diane and Irving Kipnes Health Research Institute was founded in 2025 based on a $25M gift. The institute’s vision is to unite researchers, clinicians, learners, policymakers and communities to create a learning health system where artificial intelligence enhances care, clinical trials validate breakthroughs, and specialized programs demonstrate the full cycle of research from insight to impact — continuously improving outcomes for all Albertans. Responsibilities
- Provides strategic and operational leadership for the institute.
- Works collaboratively with the institute’s academic leadership on the development of the institute’s strategic plan, program evaluations, communication strategy, and research impact assessments.
- Responsible for program development and implementation.
