The Operations Manager supports the Director of Operations in overseeing business operations for the Spencer’s portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving operational consistency, team performance, process execution, and overall business efficiency across all locations. The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational success across people, operations, inventory, training, and compliance while helping implement company initiatives and operational standards. This position works closely with department leaders to improve workflows, maintain accountability, support revenue-driving operations, and ensure a high-quality guest and employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage operational priorities, and support continuous business improvement.
