About The Position

Redbud Companies is hiring an Operations Manager to help lead the systems, processes, and people that keep our business running at a high level. This is a key leadership role for the person who gets the important middle done. The owner may set the vision. Department leads may own their lane. This role is responsible for helping turn priorities into execution by building structure, creating accountability, improving performance, and making sure the business runs with consistency. We are looking for a strong operator who can lead, organize, problem-solve, and follow through. This role is not about sitting back and managing from a distance. It is for someone who can build systems, support leaders, solve bottlenecks, and make sure the right things actually happen, whether through direct action or effective delegation.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience building or improving systems and processes
  • Ability to lead through both action and delegation
  • Comfortable with accountability, metrics, and performance management
  • Good judgment, emotional steadiness, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay clear-headed in a fast-moving environment
  • Provent experience in operations management with a strong track record in process optimization and operational consistency

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build, document, improve, and maintain systems and standard operating procedures
  • Lead operational execution across scheduling, administration, and team support functions
  • Strengthen accountability, communication, and follow-through across departments
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics
  • Improve productivity, efficiency, and process consistency
  • Work closely with leadership to turn goals into action plans and measurable results
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
  • Help align day-to-day execution across Operations, Service, and Growth
  • Create structure that supports both team performance and client experience
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
