Redbud Companies is hiring an Operations Manager to help lead the systems, processes, and people that keep our business running at a high level. This is a key leadership role for the person who gets the important middle done. The owner may set the vision. Department leads may own their lane. This role is responsible for helping turn priorities into execution by building structure, creating accountability, improving performance, and making sure the business runs with consistency. We are looking for a strong operator who can lead, organize, problem-solve, and follow through. This role is not about sitting back and managing from a distance. It is for someone who can build systems, support leaders, solve bottlenecks, and make sure the right things actually happen, whether through direct action or effective delegation.
