About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for executing daily operational workflows, ensuring process consistency, and supporting organizational efficiency through structured execution and AI-powered automation tools. This role involves managing daily operational tasks, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting scheduling, workflow execution, and task management. The Operations Manager will ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures, identify inefficiencies, and support leadership with the execution of initiatives. A key aspect of this role is the requirement to leverage AI tools for automating reporting, scheduling, and task tracking, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, and optimizing workflows through data analysis and automation implementation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of operations, coordination, or project management experience
• Experience managing workflows, scheduling, or operational execution
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience working with KPIs and reporting tools
• Experience using AI tools for reporting, task management, or workflow optimization
• Ability to identify and eliminate manual or redundant processes

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
