About The Position

Ganahl Lumber has been serving customers since 1884. Our Will Call department processes 75-100 orders daily, and we’re looking for an Order Pulling/Will Call Manager to lead the team and ensure efficient, high-quality service. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of a 150-million-dollar delivery business, ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately. The role involves managing the team, solving customer issues, and improving performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or warehouse settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Operations team alongside the current Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train staff of over 85 employees to improve service.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smoother operations.
  • Keep the Operations Departmental areas organized and efficient.
