The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations. This role is crucial for executing restaurant operations functions, acting as manager on duty, managing cash handling, and enforcing company policies and standards. The OM will ensure shift management meets operations and safety standards, utilize required tools for documentation and corrective action, and deploy Crewmembers effectively during shifts. Additionally, the position involves providing exemplary customer service, utilizing reward and recognition programs, authorizing employee functions, and maintaining the cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant. Other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
