The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations. The OM executes Restaurant operations functions, acts as manager on duty, and opens and closes the Restaurant. They manage cash handling and ensure accountability. The OM enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards, executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards, and uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed. They deploy Crewmembers during a shift, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize the reward and recognition program for the Crewmembers in the Restaurant. The OM authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.), ensures cleanliness of the Restaurant and that the facility is in good working order, and completes other duties as assigned.
