The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations. The OM executes Restaurant operations functions, acts as manager on duty, and opens and closes the Restaurant. They manage cash handling and ensure accountability. The role involves enforcing Raising Cane’s policies and standards, executing shift management to meet operations and safety standards, and using required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed. The OM deploys Crewmembers during a shift, provides exemplary customer service, and utilizes the reward and recognition program for Crewmembers. They authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, ensure the cleanliness and good working order of the Restaurant, and complete other duties as assigned.
