About The Position

As an Operations Manager, you will manage overall operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the branch. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and look for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for delivering industry-leading customer service
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a strong focus on developing and empowering team members
  • Solid experience in project management with strong organizational and execution skills
  • Servant leadership mindset – actively mentors, guides, and supports growth within the project team
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 3–5 years in operations, service, field, or project management within the security industry
  • Prior experience in a security project management role required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all phases of branch project operations, including operations planning, proposal reviews, team performance reviews, and performance metrics
  • Lead and support the development of Project Managers through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all completed installations
  • Maintain full accountability for project execution, including cost control (estimated vs. actual), contract review, team and subcontractor supervision, scheduling, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
