Requirements

  • Strong team leadership experience.
  • Service-oriented, energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects effectively.

  • Strong delegation and supervisory skills.
  • Sound understanding of retail operations.
  • Strong judgment in decision-making.
  • Proficiency with software tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years' experience with human resources, payroll, scheduling and all aspects of bookkeeping.
  • Prior team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Fostering a positive work environment for employees and an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  • Planning, coordination, and training of store staff while promoting customer service standards.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring team members.
  • Managing time and attendance reporting, payroll processes, and bookkeeping.
  • Analyzing financial performance reports to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficiency across all departments.
  • Executing vital management functions in collaboration with the general manager.
  • Addressing issues proactively to enhance store operations.
  • Creating an engaging atmosphere for employees and customers.
  • Ensuring excellence in service and operational integrity.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
