Requirements

Strong team leadership experience.

Strong delegation and supervisory skills.
Sound understanding of retail operations.
Strong judgment in decision-making.
Proficiency with software tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong math skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience.
Three or more years' experience with human resources, payroll, scheduling and all aspects of bookkeeping.
Prior team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Fostering a positive work environment for employees and an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Planning, coordination, and training of store staff while promoting customer service standards.
Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring team members.
Managing time and attendance reporting, payroll processes, and bookkeeping.
Analyzing financial performance reports to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficiency across all departments.
Executing vital management functions in collaboration with the general manager.
Addressing issues proactively to enhance store operations.
Creating an engaging atmosphere for employees and customers.
Ensuring excellence in service and operational integrity.
Maintaining compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
