We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to support operational excellence across multiple venues within the Groot Hospitality portfolio. This role partners closely with venue leadership and corporate departments to ensure operational consistency, support company initiatives, and maintain the high standards of service associated with the Groot brand. The Restaurant Operations Manager will assist with improving operational processes, supporting multi-venue initiatives, and ensuring alignment between corporate teams and venue leadership. Operational Support • Provide operational support to multiple restaurant venues within the Groot Hospitality portfolio. • Partner with General Managers and leadership teams to ensure alignment with company standards and operational procedures. • Assist with troubleshooting operational challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Monitor operational performance indicators and escalate issues or trends to leadership. Process Standardization • Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures across venues. • Ensure consistency in service standards, operational workflows, and brand execution. • Support the rollout of company initiatives and operational updates. Project & Initiative Management • Coordinate and support corporate operational initiatives such as new venue openings, remodels, and operational changes. • Assist with cross-departmental projects involving HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Training. • Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely completion across venues. Training & Leadership Support • Assist with training initiatives and operational onboarding for new management team members. • Provide operational guidance and best practices to venue leadership teams. • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, guest experience, and operational effectiveness. Reporting & Analysis • Compile and analyze operational data across venues to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on operational performance. • Support compliance with company policies and operational standards. Vendor & Systems Coordination • Support relationships with operational vendors and service providers. • Assist with the rollout and troubleshooting of operational systems and tools used by venue teams.
