We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Operations Manager to partner with our CEO and help drive operational success across all areas of the business. This role is perfect for a jack-of-all-trades who is comfortable wearing many hats and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will take on a variety of tasks ranging from onboarding new chefs, launching community initiatives, streamlining internal processes, and more. Your goal is to ensure seamless operations so the CEO can focus on strategy and growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, business management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an operational, project management role, preferably in a startup.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in G Suite, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
• Versatile and Entrepreneurial: Adaptable, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can quickly switch between projects with ease.
• Operational Wizard: Experience in operations, project management, or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable developing and working with financial dashboards, using data to drive insights and decisions.
• Hands-On: Proactive, willing to get hands dirty, and loves diving into the details to make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, including onboarding processes for new chefs and employees.
• Manage operational projects, such as launching Eat Cook Joy initiatives for moms, non-profits, and other community-focused ventures.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and other metrics to track company performance and progress.
• Lead special projects that require cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate product and service launches, new market entries, and strategic partnerships.
• Implement processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall workflow.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
• Build a strong team culture by organizing team-building activities and fostering open communication across departments.
