About The Position
Rooter Hero is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for their San Diego, CA location. This is a leadership position for operators who are proven sales leaders, culture builders, and operational powerhouses capable of building profitable teams and driving significant revenue. The company operates 10 locations with nearly $200 million in annual HVAC and plumbing revenue, built on elite execution, aggressive growth, powerful marketing, and a performance-driven culture. This role involves being actively involved with the team, coaching, developing, ensuring accountability, solving problems, driving performance, and leading from the front. It is not a comfortable corporate position but an opportunity to build something massive.
Requirements
- Extensive sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing teams

Responsibilities
- Full operational leadership of the branch/location
