Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse workers engaged in receiving and distributing building material products. This role directly supervises 5-35 employees in the Warehouse and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The position is responsible for maintaining and enforcing all company procedures, policies and practices.
