You will develop and maintain processes and procedures streamlining operational efficiencies and improving safety across all cemetery locations. You will act as project manager and assist in Capital Planning and project execution. You will have a chance to express your faith and join an organization with aligned values.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and using power/hand tools
- 1-2 year supervisory experience
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Experience developing procedures
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Strong Organization
- Excellent Computer Skills
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred
- 5 years working as a grounds keeper or landscaper
