This role is responsible for the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers. The position requires establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all front-line employees and involves spending the majority of the day in the field with them. The role rotates between 4:30 am and 8 am start times, bi-monthly or every 2 months.
