Requirements

• Experience in hotel operations or assistant management
• Familiarity with Marriott and/or Hilton operating procedures
• Strong problem-solving and team development abilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Comfort with Marriott and or Hilton systems like FOSSE and MGS
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with focus on rooms and F&B departments
• Implement Marriott brand service initiatives and SOPs
• Monitor daily financials, labor costs, and operational KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards and policies
• Partner with HR on scheduling, staffing, and compliance
• Support leadership development across hourly teams
