The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, and assigning personnel to routes. The Operations Manager will also inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance, conduct quality audits, and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment. They will investigate new and promote improved equipment and methods, review customer requests for service, and implement organization policies and goals. Additionally, this role involves analyzing budget requests, assisting in the promotion of services to develop new markets, inspecting plant facilities, and assisting with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications. The Operations Manager ensures the site meets budget goals, assists in long-range planning, and coordinates program specifications. They will maintain and report on the financial aspects of the business, including labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, and forecasting. A key responsibility is maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role also involves directing supervisory management, acting as a liaison between various parties, maintaining contract and contractor status databases, and reviewing correspondence concerning contractors. Conducting and attending meetings to communicate effectively is essential, as is assisting with human resource concerns and issues. Some travel is required for this position.
