The Operations Manager serves in a key leadership role within the Mary’s Home program and the broader community of families served by Dream Centers. This position is responsible for supporting the overall health, culture, and stability of the Mary’s Home community while ensuring that the program’s Core Commitments are consistently upheld in all aspects of daily operations. The Operations Manager leads the Operations Team and supervises the day-to-day operations of Mary’s Home Academy, Child Watch Operations and Property Management by providing guidance, oversight, and support to team members to ensure that families receive consistent, high-quality support, responsiveness and care throughout their participation in the program. This role oversees essential administrative and programmatic processes, including outcomes, data entry, and quarterly program performance assessment. A strong commitment to discipleship, relational ministry, and Christ-centered service is essential for this role. The Operations Manager must demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships, foster trust within the community, and model the values and mission of Mary’s Home and Dream Centers.
