About The Position

Florida Sealcoating is one of Central Florida's leading commercial asphalt paving and pavement maintenance contractors. We specialize in asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, concrete, and commercial site work throughout the state. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our office, field operations, employees, and customers are all working together efficiently. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build systems, hold people accountable, and solve problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience leading and managing employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and business software.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license.

• Experience in construction, paving, or service industries.
• Experience with CRM software and project management systems.
• Experience building processes and managing operational systems.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and company workflow.
