About The Position

Miller Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all service lines including Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Welding/Coating Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Operations Manager will lead, train, and mentor a team, coordinate projects, maintain safety protocols, ensure quality control, manage reporting and documentation, oversee equipment maintenance, and build strong client relationships. This is a full-time, onsite position in Port Lavaca, TX, with potential relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
In-depth understanding of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, including equipment and safety protocols.
Familiarity with welding and coating operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work environments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing hydroblasting and vacuum truck, and welding/coating operations.
Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel.
Must be capable of climbing towers/vessels/tanks.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Familiarity with mechanical and other industrial operations.
Relevant certifications in hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, and safety (e.g., OSHA).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Welding/Coating Operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Plan and coordinate hydroblasting, vacuum truck, and mechanical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conduct regular safety meetings, and address safety concerns promptly.
Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to meet client specifications.
Maintain accurate records of operations, including daily logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all Miller Integrated equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
