Operations Manager

Restoration 1San Antonio, TX
Onsite

About The Position

Restoration 1 of Texas Hill Country and Restoration 1 of San Antonio North are fast-growing restoration companies (water, mold, fire, and reconstruction) on track to double in size this year. They are seeking an Operations Manager who can build the engine that runs the company at scale. This is not a maintenance role; the company has systems in place that need significant improvement. The ideal candidate will assess existing systems, fix what isn't working, build what's missing, and develop the people who run operations. This role is for a builder who thrives on turning chaos into clarity and takes pride in seeing a team execute at a high level. The company provides 24/7 emergency restoration services across the greater San Antonio area and has a strong reputation for quality work, professionalism, and customer care. The Operations Manager will report directly to the owner and manage department heads, being accountable for the full operations function, including staffing, training, systems, performance, and execution.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Broad business background spanning operations, HR, admin, and/or sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software platforms
