About The Position

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our regional center. This includes assuring excellence in work performed, such as Fire and Water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, construction rebuilds and put-backs. You will also oversee warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and scheduling the team to ensure maximum productivity, and for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and insurance scores. This position offers professional growth and the opportunity to manage a multi-million dollar business unit, impacting the growth of the branch and the company.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in the restoration industry.
Experience leading a diverse team within the mitigation, restoration, and/or construction market segments.
Ability to learn quickly.
