About The Position

Seeking a High-Impact Operations Manager to refine established processes and ensure a fast-paced law firm runs with absolute precision. This forward-thinking law firm is on track for aggressive growth and needs an experienced Operations Manager to join the team. The role will work directly with the Owner and Firm Administrator to support the legal team and help clients navigate life-changing legal matters. The firm aims to be known for helping clients feel supported and in a better position after an emotional process, with a team that truly cared and fought for them. The Operations Manager will be responsible for critical business functions, acting as the primary executor of the Firm’s business systems, managing front-of-house operations, technology, and staff productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Background in law firm project and process management
  • Amazing scheduler with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Awesome juggler of tasks who can change gears quickly without dropping any balls
  • A "No Drama" professional who takes initiative and completes tasks with minimal hand-holding

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a legal secretary or paralegal is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proposing and implementing plans to optimize technology, workflows, and written procedures to improve profitability.
  • Supervising non-attorney staff, providing regular feedback, and conducting 1-1s to ensure high employee engagement.
  • Overseeing billing functions, managing A/R collections, and ensuring 100% accuracy in bi-weekly payroll.
  • Performing audits of the CMS/CRM and work products to ensure all policies and procedures are followed to the letter.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for software applications, facility maintenance, and office inventory.
