Requirements

Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred
5 or more years of related experience working in an academic scientific research setting
Strong project management experience is required
Understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and logistics
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Understanding of the industry-specific operational requirements.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations impacting operations.
Utilizing software and tools for process optimization and data analysis.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
Capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
