About The Position

The Treetop ABA – Arizona is seeking an Operations Manager for their In-Home Services division. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of field-based ABA services. The position involves coordinating staff schedules, managing client and staff scheduling across the region, supporting behavior technicians, and collaborating with clinical leadership. The Operations Manager will also build relationships with families and foster community connections. This role is crucial for ensuring that in-home ABA services run seamlessly from referral to service delivery, involving coordination, staff support, family communication, and operational problem-solving to prevent service interruptions.

Requirements

Must live in driving distance to one of our clinics Tucson Glendale Scottsdale Phoenix Mesa
2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
Experience supporting or leading teams
Self-motivated and collaborative

Nice To Haves

3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinating staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics
Supporting clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensuring families receive timely communication and feel supported throughout the process
Troubleshooting service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays
Partnering with leadership to improve processes and field operations
Tracking service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance
Supporting field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning
Maintaining compliance with internal policies and payer requirements to avoid service disruptions
