You will oversee four Shared Living homes across the Inner West - Concord and Maroubra driving high-quality, person-centred supports and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and support teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services
Promote client and staff safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Partner with clients, their Circle of Supports, and staff to enhance service planning and outcomes
Drive quality improvement initiatives while managing risk and compliance requirements
Support delivery of the Regional Plan alongside the Regional Business Manager
Achieve performance outcomes across client experience, employee engagement, service quality, financial sustainability, and stakeholder relationships
