About The Position

The Treetop ABA – Arizona is seeking an Operations Manager – In-Home Services to oversee daily operations, manage client and staff scheduling, support behavior technicians, and partner with clinical leadership for their in-home ABA services. This role is a blend of coordination, communication, and problem-solving that directly impacts the experience of children, families, and staff. The company focuses on delivering evidence-based care for children ages 2-18 with autism and developmental needs.

Requirements

• Must live in driving distance to one of our clinics (Tucson, Glendale, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa)
• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting or leading teams
• Self-motivated and collaborative

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics
• Supporting clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operational tasks
• Ensuring families receive timely communication and feel supported throughout the process
• Troubleshooting service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays
• Partnering with leadership to improve processes and field operations
• Tracking service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance
• Supporting field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning
• Maintaining compliance with internal policies and payer requirements to avoid service disruptions
