About The Position

Hoist & Crane Service Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage business operations and profitability. This role involves assisting planners with scheduling, maintaining job costs, procurement, and accounting functions. The Operations Manager will also evaluate the financial impacts of field operations on branch performance and collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting goals. Requirements

5+ years of field or industrial office management experience
Accounting experience - AP/AR/Payroll (NetSuite experience a plus)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient with computers
Exceptional customer service skills
Proven organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background (DISA) and submit to random and annual drug testing as required.
