About The Position

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to manage daily and long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals. This role involves coordinating different teams to foster idea exchange and provide cross-team learning opportunities. The Operations Manager will assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits, inspire and motivate employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives, and communicate with senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects. The position requires identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue, as well as identifying opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of transportation management experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma.
