Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in operations or service management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with project management tools and operational systems

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations, including equipment installations and project coordination
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Improve workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement and productivity
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Partner with leadership to support company goals and growth initiatives
  • Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and supply chain processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions
