Additionally, the role directs inbound and outbound logistics operations, monitors product import/export processes, and assesses the financial impact of logistics decisions. The Operations Manager will establish and monitor supply chain-based performance measurement systems, recommend process improvements, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders while providing training and development opportunities for staff.
