The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, and assigning personnel to routes. The Operations Manager will also inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance, conduct quality audits, and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment. They will investigate new and improved equipment and methods, review customer requests for service, and implement organization policies and goals. Budget analysis, promotion of services to develop new markets, and assisting with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications are also key responsibilities. The role ensures the site meets budget goals, assists in long-range planning, and coordinates program specifications. Maintaining and reporting on the financial aspects of the business, ensuring a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations are critical. The Operations Manager acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, and maintains contract and contractor status databases. They will conduct and attend meetings to communicate effectively and assist with human resource concerns. Some travel is required for this position.
