The RN Operations Manager of Franciscan manages the operations of multiple practices, for compliance, support services, materials management, and financial management. This role, also, provides direct support to providers working with assigned practices. Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) has been delivering leading cardiovascular care since 1978, offering comprehensive services through board-certified cardiologists across multidisciplinary clinics, including cardio-oncology, heart failure, A-Fib, cardio-genetics, and structural heart. IHP provides advanced cardiac imaging and participates in research and clinical trials to bring patients the latest innovations in heart care. The Practice Clinical Operations Manager HOPD Cardiology provides operational oversight across multiple cardiology subspecialties and/or practice sites. This role partners closely with the Practice Manager HOPD to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality patient care delivery while maintaining consistency in clinical workflows, clinical practice and care coordination. This role works under the direction of the Operations Director HOPD to drive performance, standardize workflows and execute strategic initiatives that improve access, quality and financial outcomes. While the Practice Manager HOPD role retains direct operational responsibility for clinic staff, all Registered Nurses (RNs) at IHP maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Operations Manager RN for clinical practice, professional development and nursing standards.
