The Role IMG Licensing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support reporting, systems, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic portfolio of licensing programs. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in licensing operations, business operations, contract administration, financial reporting support, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, linked workbooks, charts, and data analysis.
  • Experience with CRM, contract management, royalty reporting, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • This role is well suited to a proactive, dependable professional who can balance detailed execution with strong operational judgment and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain business, pipeline, and performance reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage deal tracking and contract-related administration, including documentation collection, system updates, and coordination with legal, operations, and business development teams.
  • Maintain accurate client, deal, and royalty reporting data across internal systems and document repositories.
  • Coordinate with licensees and internal teams on approvals, reporting requirements, legal documentation, and operational follow-up.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and partner with operations leadership and IT teams to enhance workflows and reporting tools.
