Expect a mix of "boots-on-the-ground" grit and high-level strategy: The Fundamentals: Get hands-on with janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services (yes, that means mowing, pruning, and site clean-up!). 🌿 Management: Take the reins on scheduling, crew management, and quality audits. 📋 Sales & Growth: Master the art of the pitch, from cold calling to high-stakes presentations. 📞 HR & People Ops: Lead the charge in interviewing, onboarding, and building employee engagement strategies. 👥 Business Intelligence: Dive deep into AR/AP, budgeting, and performance tracking in our LMS. 📊 🏆 The Goal Our mission is simple: We train you to lead.
